A furious river

Since we've lived in Brisbane, we have many many times been in awe of the weather and its results. This time is no different. From our safe (and dry) vantage point, it has been surreal to watch a swollen, angry river encroach upon the city, bringing with it the destruction of places that are so familiar to us and the homes of so many people.
